MAHO Announces Outstanding Educational Program for the 2026 Summer Splash Convention & MAHO Expo

Dublin, Ohio – The Mid-American Health Organization (MAHO) is pleased to announce an exceptional lineup of educational programming for the 2026 MAHO Summer Splash Convention & MAHO Expo, taking place July 24–26, 2026, at the Hilton Columbus at Easton in Columbus, Ohio.
Designed specifically for independent natural products retailers, this year’s program brings together many of the industry’s most respected clinicians, educators, formulators, andbusiness leaders for three days of nationally recognized education, valuable networking, and exceptional buying opportunities designed to help independent retailers grow their businesses and better serve their customers.
The weekend begins Friday, July 24, with MAHO’s popular Lunch & Intensive Workshop, sponsored by Terry Naturally/EuroPharma. Dr. Jacob Teitelbaum opens the program with “4 Easy Steps to Get Pain Free (While Doubling Your Energy Level),”** followed by Cheryl Myers, RN, presenting “Brain or Body: The Role of Hormones in Mental Health.”
Friday evening continues with dinner and an educational presentation sponsored by NOW, featuring Neil Levin, who will present ”Healthier Aging – Thrive Through the Years.” The evening concludes with nationally recognized science educator and herbal storyteller Tom Dadant, courtesy of Host Defense, presenting “The Magnificence of Mushrooms – Have We Been Asking the Wrong Question?”
Saturday’s educational programming begins with breakfast and Matt Peterson, Owner and Formulator of Nutri Supplements, presenting “Foundational Healthy Aging, Immune Support & Cellular Rejuvenation.”
Following breakfast, Tim Prince, Chief Sales & Marketing Officer for OmneDiem, explores “Histamine: Villain or Vital? Unmasking the Neurotransmitter That Runs Your Life.”
Before lunch, Stacey Littlefield, Master Herbalist with Redd Remedies, presents “Before the Shot: Natural Alternatives to GLP-1s for Menopausal Women.”
The Saturday luncheon, courtesy of **Bluebonnet Nutrition**, features internationally recognized nutrition expert Carl Germano, presenting “Beyond the Gym: How Gut Health Fuels Movement, Recovery & Longevity.”
Saturday evening concludes with dinner and Dr. Tom Bayne, courtesy of Just Thrive, presenting “The Importance of Probiotic Diversity in the Microbiome,” followed by MAHO’s annual President’s Reception, providing attendees another opportunity to network with retailers, exhibitors, and industry colleagues.
The MAHO Expo show floor officially opens Saturday, July 25, from 3:00–6:00 p.m., following a full day of educational programming. Retailers will have dedicated time to meet one-on-one with manufacturers, distributors, brokers, and industry partners while exploring innovative products, discovering new companies, and taking advantage of exclusive MAHO show specials and exceptional buying opportunities.
The Expo continues Sunday, July 26, from Noon–4:00 p.m., providing additional time to strengthen relationships, place orders, and experience the relaxed, relationship-focused atmosphere that has made the MAHO Expo a favorite destination for independent natural products retailers for more than five decades.**
Sunday morning begins with MAHO’s Annual Business Meeting, followed by breakfast and a special educational panel featuring Christi Bandy Willard, Zach Morehouse, Dr. Jay Wilkins, Rich Funk, Kelly Miller and Marie Montemurro. Sponsored by Mountain Alternatives, Act Natural, Bionox, Boom Chaga, Health Hut and Lovey’s, the panel presentation, “Stronger Together: Building Bonds for Independent Retail Resilience in the Natural Products Industry,” explores collaboration, mentorship, and strengthening the future of independent retail.
