Cheryl Myers

Cheryl Myers is an integrative health nurse, author, and an expert on natural medicine. She has certifications in cancer, pain control, and issues of aging. Cheryl is a member of the editorial board of theNatural Medicine Journal, and her own published research has included topics such as menopause, diabetes, sleep disorders, and gastrointestinal function. Neil Levin

Neil Edward Levin, CCN, DANLA is the Senior Nutrition Education Manager and a product formulator for NOW® Health Group, Inc. A longtime natural products retailer, Neil is a board-certified clinical nutritionist, a co-founder of the American Nutrition Association and a member of its Nutrition Leaders Council, a Director of the Mid-American Health Organization, and serves on the International & American Association of Clinical Nutritionists’ Clinical Nutrition Certification Board. An international lecturer, Neil is a former Technical Advisor to The Non-GMO Project and a recipient of the Natural Products Industry Champion Award for his advocacy work.

Tom Dadant

Tom has spent the last 55 years of his life immersed in the Natural Foods movement and the Dietary Supplement industry. In 1970, he began as an organic farmer on the Big Island of Hawaii, went on to own and manage a vegetarian restaurant in Honolulu, and produced fresh organic fruit and vegetable juices for a DDS’s and an MD’s patients as well as retail outlets on the island of Oahu. For the last 30 years, Tom has represented major supplement companies as a Science Educator and Herbal Storyteller. He joined the Host Defense education team in May of 2017 and began educating retailers and consumers nationwide on the benefits of mushrooms as dietary supplements. In 2019, Tom trained over 1,200 people in person, traveling over 75,000 miles nationally, and presented live webinars to over 2,400 attendees!

Matt Peterson

Matt Peterson is one of the three founders of Natures Fusions. He launched the Nutri Supplements brand in 2021. Nutri is focused on providing the most absorbable, highest bioavailable healthy aging/longevity supplements on the market; all backed by scientific research. He currently serves as Chief of Marketing and Product Development. Tim Prince

Tim Prince, Chief Sales and Marketing Officer, OmneDiem®

Mr. Prince brings a dual expertise in commercial strategy to his role, stemming from 16 years in the medical foods industry with Pamlab, Nestle Health Science, and Alfasigma, USA. His background extends beyond sales specialization; in addition to being a multiple national MVP sales award winner and executive advisor, he previously served as a Brand Manager, bridging the gap between field execution and brand strategy.

Mr. Prince has driven OmneDiem’s growth as Chief Sales Officer since 2017, directing national teams and managing international sales for all products. In 2024, his executive leadership expanded to include the role of Chief of Marketing, where he now leverages his diverse background to align the company’s brand messaging with its sales objectives.

Stacey Littlefield, Master Herbalist

Stacey began working with Redd Remedies CEO Dan Chapman in 2003. Employing her background in science and her drive for developing healthy products, Littlefield worked together with Chapman to launch Redd Remedies with the goal of helping individuals put their health in order. By 2005, Littlefield climbed to the position of Product Formulator and Research Director of Redd Remedies’ growing company. Since then, Stacey has helped formulate and expand Redd Remedies’ line of products, which have received national recognition for their formulation, purity, and effectiveness.

In January 2016, she received a Master’s of Science in Herbal Medicine from the American College of Healthcare Sciences in Portland, OR, bestowing upon her the designation of Master Herbalist. She is known for championing partnerships that amplify independent voices, all while feeding into her local economy through family owned and operated Mountain Alternatives in Jasper, GA. Christina’s unwavering commitment ensures that every collaboration strengthens not just the brands she supports, but also the community around her. Christi currently fills the roles COO/Director of Sales, The Better For You Company as well as CEO of Mountain Alternatives.

Rich Funk

Rich has 30 years experience in the consumer products goods industry. He started his career with Procter & Gamble (P&G) as a 18 year old engineering co-op student. He worked in various engineering sub-functions while completing his Chemical Engineering studies at Purdue University, and then joined P&G full-time, in their advanced leadership development program.

At P&G, Rich spent his first 6 years in Engineering, and upon completing his night and weekend MBA at Xavier University, he transitioned to Global Purchases. Rich accepted a job with Mars in 2018, and was responsible for global contract manufacturing supply networks, supply innovations and all packaging sustainability. As part of his responsibilities at Mars, he led the largest global M&Ms initiative from concept-to-market launch in less than 3 months, was granted two patents, partnered with the NFL, and received international innovation awards.

In 2022, Rich became the Chief Procurement Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Baxters Food Group. This provided him significant exposure to US Military feeding, and B2B models with Nestle, Pepsi, Campbells and ConAgra, while leading strategy with Group level executives and Board members.

Kelly Miller

Kelly Miller is the owner of Health Hut Stores, a family-owned business that has served Beaver County since 1969. Founded by her parents, Health Hut is rooted in a passion for holistic health, education, and serving the community. As a second-generation owner of a family business that has served her community for more than 55 years, Kelly brings a unique perspective on the opportunities and challenges facing independent natural foods retailers. A member of MAHO for more than 10 years, Kelly is honored to serve on its Board.

Kelly’s Christian faith inspires her belief that God has provided many of the foundations for optimal health through whole, nutrient dense foods, herbs, mushrooms, and ethically raised meats. She is passionate about supporting local farmers and small businesses while helping others discover natural approaches to wellness.

Her background in food preparation and catering inspired the opening of the Java Hut Bistro in 2017. Today, she works alongside her daughter, Lauren, in running the family business, and her grandchildren can often be found learning the business as the next generation of the Health Hut family.

Outside of work, Kelly enjoys tennis, pickleball, and table tennis, and treasures spending time teaching these sports to her six grandchildren and other young people eager to learn.

Marie Montemurro

Marie Montemurro is a nationally respected independent natural products retailer, entrepreneur, and industry advocate who has dedicated more than three decades to advancing natural foods, wellness, and independent retail. As owner and operator of Lovey’s Natural Foods & Cafe, which she proudly operates alongside her daughter Gabriella, Marie has transformed a small neighborhood market into one of the Southeast’s most recognized independent natural food destinations, serving the Wilmington community for more than two decades.

A fierce champion of independent retailers and local economies, Marie is known throughout the natural products industry for her unwavering commitment to “Eat Local, Shop Local, Support Local,” her passionate advocacy for independent brands, and her ability to build meaningful partnerships while negotiating fearlessly on behalf of her customers and business. Her leadership has earned widespread recognition, including multiple “Best of Wilmington” honors, two INFRA Bricks Awards, and numerous features in both industry and regional publications.

Marie served nine years on the Board of Directors of SENPA, where she became a respected voice for independent retailers across the Southeast.

Whether she is mentoring fellow retailers, advocating for community causes, supporting local producers, or protecting the future of independent natural retail, Marie brings equal parts grit, wisdom, passion, and humor to everything she does. She is widely admired for her authenticity, loyalty, and legendary ability to punctuate even the most strategic business conversation with a creatively deployed four-letter expletive that somehow makes perfect sense.

Zachary Morehouse

Zachary Morehouse is co-owner of Act Natural Health Foods in St. Marys, Georgia. Alongside his mother and business partner, Dee Morehouse, Zachary is passionate about keeping business independent, supporting local communities, and helping customers make informed choices through education, personal service, and trusted relationships.

Dr. Jay Wilkins

Jay Wilkins is a naturopath and has been in the Health & Wellness Industry for 25+ years. He operated a fully staffed Wellness Center from 1993-2005 with a focus on electro-dermal screening, homeopathy, functional medicine, energy medicine, massage therapy, detox programs, non-invasive health screenings and herbal remedies.

In 2005 some most revolutionary data came across his desk: The 1998 Nobel Prize Winning research on Nitric Oxide (NO) nutrition! As a result he sold his practice and began “shouting from the rooftops” the benefits of nitric oxide.
